Good day,
In experimenting with using different user access and privilege setups, there is a difference in functionality of the Change Management features in Architect vs Designer. Does anyone have a table or doc or help that describes theses differences and how user management effects it?
Secondly, has anyone written a script to specifically run the "Reset all change management attributes" that a user can run on an Object from within Designer?
Regards,
Barend Fair
Hi Barend Fair,
Regarding your first question, I past here part of 'ARIS Connect Administrator user manual' which has some details about privileges and are assigned using UMC portal too, I think this information is enough to know how can handle the users privileges..
3.4.28.1 What function privileges can be assigned?
Function privileges provide users with specific functions and control their privileges. You can assign (page 29) the following function privileges to users or user groups. Additional privileges can be assigned in each ARIS product at the database level.

ARIS Aware administrator

Thanks Andre but the list you sent in the comment is simply a decomposition of the Superuser role into more specific administrator roles and does not answer my question regarding what actually happens when certain change management privileges are assigned and how these differ between using the Designer or Architect front-ends. Is there anybody else that can shine some light on this?
The second question about a script for "resetting the change management attributes" on Objects via Designer is also still open - anyone that have attempted this please comment.
