Loading of ARIS Web Client is very slow

I'm experiencing a problem lately where the loading of the ARIS web client is extremely slow (15 - 20 minutes) each time I open it. It seems to get stuck at this stage.

I'm connection to different ARIS environments with slightly different versions of ARIS.

ARIS 7.1.0.478722
ARIS 7.1.0.490292

Any help would be appreciated.

You can try it...

Delete the file "methext" of the path

C:\Documents and Settings\USER\ARIS71\method\SERVER NAME \

and try to run the ARIS again... if it's works you can work with out problems...

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this, but the same problem still occurs. It's still taking forever to load. Any other ideas?
