Maybe, we had our developers create a report that allows us to select what object we want to export (Roles or System or Document etc.) then it creates a tab in Excel for each object. You can decide what fields you want along with the object (model name, model location, activity the object is connected to etc.) This report has been helpful. For example, we use the Requirement object, and the report allowed us to export all the requirements.

Gaelle, sorry for the delay. Haven't been on here in a while. Yes, in ARIS connect, we would click the reports and it's in our drop down list to select.
A pop up box appears to multi - check which object(s) we want (Roles or system or activity, etc. ). Run report and in the Excel file, each object is in its own tab. I attached a screen shot. Unsure how long it took though. I know it took a day when we asked to add another object to the list.
Hope that helps - Have a great day. Happy modeling!

Hi Brandon, am I understanding it correctly that your developers created the functionality of exporting objects to excel?
How much effort did it take them to do it? Is this a solution that could be shared with others? :)
Also this feature can be voted for in case it's not possible to share the code and others don't have the luxury of having devs developing such feature: Export a filtered view of a model | Share your ideas
