  1. Working with SMEs, we could certainly start mapping sessions, with ”tell me what happens first….” 
    1. Some other thoughts are to start with a few higher level buckets of tasks. (Level 2/3), then go after the more details level within those chunks, (Sometimes mapping a 50 step activity can be alot, so starting with 6 chunks first can help) 
      1. This may make the modeling easier to do and the higher level version is an easier read if needed. 
      2. You can always go straight to capturing the details, then creating a higher level once complete to help others understand.  
    2. Note – Title appropriately and avoid having other distinct processes within the process (1 process for 1 model) 
    3. We will generate a PDF version after for the SME to review and meet again if needed.  
    4. Simple! Remember, now the team has something they can use for training, continuous improvement etc.
