Has anyone successfully used Amazon Corretto as an alternative to Java, and if so, are there any instructions available?
My company is currently withdrawing Java, citing security, and is replacing it with Corretto, which doesn't support .jnlp files.
Using the .exe version of ARISExpress is not possible as the required port is blocked by the firewall and cannot be unblocked apparently.
Any suggestions gratefully received as I suspect this will become a problem for more and more ARIS users in the future.

Hello Bob,
afaik Corretto is a Java distribution of OpenJDK. So it's Java just the same. If it doesn't support .jnlp files that is probably due to the security consideration of your company you are citing and not a disability of Corretto. I would suggest you take a look at the ariscloud products, which you can use fully in your browser and where you don't need any Java on your side. They come at a fee, but you get a model repository in contrast to the unrelated flat files you are currently maintaining for ARIS Express.
Free trials are available.
