I am currently using ARIS Business Architect for SAP 7.1, I have created two EPC's one as Master and another one as a Variant. Now I am trying to compare the EPC Master model with the EPC Variant model, can anyone please help, is there any option available to compare the Master -Variant relationships of the model.
I know there is an option to compare two versions, but I want to compare variants.

You'll want to run an Evaluation report named "Compare models." Then there's a many-paged wizard with options for your comparison.

in addition to the report mentioned by Robert you can also start the interactive model comparision on two abitrary models (even if they have a different model type). Just select both models (for example in the Explorer module or the search window) and choose "Compare model..." from the context menu.
If you are familiar with macro script programming then you can also use Designer.startModelComparision(...) to start the interactive model comparision: this way you can even define your on method of comparision, i.e. you can freely define yourself what the difference are that should be visualized.

Could you get th desired out put youare looking for when comparing the models to its varients?
While the standard report is good one,but we are looking for report that summarises, realtion ship comparison for application systems connections across model varients to thier respective function steps.
Do you have any ideas.
