Our client in Ukraine has bought some licenses of ARIS and has installed Ukrainian version. What can I say… I don’t know who did this translation, but it terrible. Now we must to install English version, because there is impossible to use Ukrainian. I am sorry, but at all it extremely unprofessional translation to my mind, I am Ukrainian speak and I can’t understand half of terms… Ok, if you do translation, it should be for all elements of system, not only menu. There is no any translation for evaluations, so how Ukrainian-speak user can understand purpose of reports, scripts etc.? Some examples of this ‘product’: ‘Assigment’ – ‘відкладка’. The best translation for ‘відкладка’ is ‘scurf’ or ‘deposit’… And the normal translation for this is nice Ukrainian word ‘деталізація’. Or another – word ‘Open’ was translated as «виготовити», but «виготовити» is word “to produce”… Or ‘occurrences’ – «вираження» (there is one translation - expression). And many, many same examples… It’s too sad, because I think our client (IDS client) buy advanced technology products and this product is expensive, so quality should be on the Level. Best regards

Especially in this case I'm very glad to receive the response. The Ukrainian product is the first version and it takes some time to get am impression about the quality.
