Trouble with connection from 64-bit client (ABA, ABD) to 32-bit Business Server

Hi!

Please help with the next problem. We’ve got installed ARIS Business Architect (Designer) on Windows 7 64-bit and Business Server on 32-bit Windows. During connection adding the next dialog appears:

Server ping is Ok…

I think it’s connected with using of different Windows platforms at client and Server, but I hope it isn’t true.

Has anyone got any idea how to solve this problem?

I'm sure that the fact that you're using Windows 7 64-bit is not the reason for this problem. We tested this scenario in our labs and it was always working successfully. Which client are you using? Installed Client or Download Client? If you're using the Download Client, please make sure that you're using the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.
