When it would be resolved?
I'm very sorry to disturb SAG's support, I'm sure they have other very important tasks. I understand that if a russian-speaking client wants to use ARIS Cloud he needs to wait for already 5 days to get at least an answer.
But I have a question.
Is there another place or contact to have support for the tool where we have a payable subscription. Or please just let me know that there is no support for ARIS Cloud Advanced and we should be happy with what we are fed.

Ok, so of course I came here just after I tried to create a ticket in eService. As you see from the attached screen, it is just an empty screen - I don't see any button or link to create whatever, just only Home which actually refreshes the page. That' was in Chrome. For just in case I checked it in IE and that's already much better (screen 2), but again - there is nothing to raise the ticket. Should I use another browser like maybe Firefox, or Opera? Where could I actually create a ticket?

As far as I can see on the screenshots, you're at the right place (eService) but the possibility to create a new ticket is not there.
Unfortunately, that's an Empower issue and I can't help you with that. Please send the screenshots and description of this issue to the Empower team for assistance.
I apologize for the problems you encounter. I hope this can be resolved quickly so you can create tickets in the future.
Ok, just bookmarked this post to return back in months, to check how is going on (I know guess how). I just wonder is there only we that met the issue? I'm sure if this tool is used in production then there should be the same requests, but if there are no requests... well, I just guess how is wide your Eastern Europe market, indeed
