There is a requirement from one of our clients to have a Ukrainian interface for the Connect portal. You know the problem, that when you select Ukrainian, you got an English interface.
So if it works for you, we could volunteer with the translation and do it for free, as it is essential for the client. Please get in touch with me by email info@bps.org.ua to arrange the translation process. Many thanks for considering my request.

I got an information for this and you can activate Ukraine language in self service configuration, but translations are not yet available in this language. Therefore is the English taken as fallback. In order to have everything in Ukraine language, all localization bundles have to be extended with this language translation. It is configurable, so it could be done also by the customer.
Regarding the roadmap, there are currently no plans for this language as there was no request for it from this region.
So the customer can create a feature request via Empower (empower.softwareag.com)
New 'Feature Request' in Empower -> Brainstorm for this improvement.

Thank you for your answer. I'd definitely create a request with the client, but you know, there is a long story, until they create, then until it comes in the pipeline, then until it would it becomes reality... to be honest, there are months.
My suggestion is to do the translation by our forces (completely for free) just to enforce the ARIS promotion in the region. Because you know, most of the request comes from gov or semi-gov organizations, and when they see that interface in actually have an only English option (I do not tell about russian language as it banned), they change the decision. Especially the language is very essential for 'lesser mortals', Portal users.
So if they're the way to find the solution and translate the interface, it would be really cool and helpful for promotion in the region.
