We got a message from SAG with a discount offer (screen 1), but unfortunately, it does not work (screens 2 and 3).
I tried in different browsers, so it seems the problem is with the site.
Also, I cannot generate invoices for Wire transfer, please support.

One of my client is going to perform payment these days for a Cloud subscription, as they only registered we don't want to wait for standard 20 days to receive a 10% discount for the first subscription. Could I ask you to trigger this discount in advance (do you need the project room name) or provide the client with a discount code? We would really appreciate that!
Also, I would ask you to text me on my email info@bps.org.ua, I have several questions on the commercial matters for ARIS Cloud, e.g. is it possible to provide signed Invoice etc. Appreciate any help!

if you share the mail address or the project room name I can arrange for the renewal mail to be sent earlier. That makes it easier to renew and the needed information is also included.
Please send all your questions and issues regarding the shop flows to shop@ariscloud.com. We will check everything together with the shop provider.

There should be a coupon code in the text at the top of the mail above the "Upgrade" button.
