Error installing

I receive an error when I try to install the newest version of ARIS-express.

This is the error:

Error Code: -5006 : 0x800700b7

Error Information:

Note: I have the newest Java version installed and tried everything in the other posts related to this issue. I Do not have multiple files related to ARIS, the only file that I currently have is the installing file.

Guys, I have the same error, but with ARIS Design Server 9.8.10. However, I tried using an older version (luckily I had it handy) - 9.8.5 and the installation started with no issues. I really want to find out what the issue is though. Do you have any ideas?

Dear Svetoslav,

Most likely this error is caused by a anti-virus scanner which falsely detects some temporary files of our (InstalledShiled-based) setup as threat.

Ask your IT support to either turn off the anti-virus scanner during the of your ARIS installation, or exclude the folder where %TEMP% points to, and where our setup extracts its temporary files.
