ARIS Connect does not show ORG models

In ARIS when I create an Organizational Chart, I am unable to see the Diagram in ARIS Connect.

I can see the model in the tree in Connect but when I select the model, the Diagram option is not present, all I can see is Overview.

This is an extract of the URL visible in Connect showing model type - ./#default/item/c.orgChart.

This does not affect other ARIS model types, and within ARIS itself the model appears to function normally.

Other users and ADMINS are affected.

Is this a configuration issue in Connect and how do I access configuration if it is.

I am working in ARIS Architect and Designer 9.6

Dear Brian,

In ARIS Connect 9.7 the organizational charts are by default included. So update to 9.7 is the easiest way to achieve that.

Or ask Global Consulting Services at Software AG to change your Connect 9.6 configuration for displaying org. models.

I am disappointed however that the Org model is disallowed by default in Connect 9.6 Org models are central to the product.

Shouldn't all model types be able to be viewed in Connect or it is of limited value. What other model types are disallowed in Connect 9.6

And when we move to Connect 9.7 what other model types are disallowed in that version. We need to know this or we will be busy creating models that nobody in the business can view or use without a full ARIS license.

Dear Brian,

It's not that Connect 9.6 disallows the model type Organizational Chart, but rather that it doesn't display it by default.

On the DVD ARIS 9.7 you should find the document ARIS Method Matrix in folder .\Documents\English, where you can check the availability of all ARIS model types in all products.

Hello

My ARIS Connect is 10 version, but when I open a group with BPMN models, I get message "Empty group". Connect can not see this models. Tell me please how can I solve this problem?
