Hello Bruno,
see in the online Help of ARIS Connect: https://<yourserver>/static/help/en/handling/connect/ca/index.htm#74774.htm
You must have maintained the attribute "Person responsible" on the model that the Change request is opened for.
It is good practice to have some responsible person for every model. There is a "user picker" available at that attribute, so you can easily find the ARIS user. The responsible person's user profile must have a maintained e-mail address and the ARIS server must be configured to be able to send e-mails (I assume that is the case, since you got the e-mail).
Dear Bruno,
I assume you have installed ARIS Server 10 via setup. If you skipped to enter your SMTP/mail server settings in the setup, you can add them later on as described in this post:

Hi Rune
Thanks for the prompt reply.
I actually had a consulting company installing ARIS for me. As far as I can see, I have ARIS Architect v98.8.0.1155162 installed and Portal (Connect?) v98.8.0.1154492.
Can I still setup the change request feature?
Thanks
Who is administrating your installation? Or is it a one-man local installation?

Rune
Great! They should be able to follow the instructions in the post I referred to.
Cheers

Thanks Rune but after speaking to the IT, it seems that the question I have is a bit different.
So, when someone uses the send change request feature, gets an e-mail back stating that "No person responsible has been specified for the content". How can I specify a person responsible for a specific process or the same person for all the processes at once?
Thanks again!
