We've created a simple 3 step BPMN 2.0 (beta) model. When we use the "Export.....XPDL," we get an error message from the "Transformation result" as follows:

Unable to create target file because model transformation delivered no result.
------[Error]------
Error during model generation.
Can you help us understand what this means?

I have BPMN 2.0 models and would like to export them into XPDL or a true BPMN 2.0 language other than XML (ARIS proprietary AML format). in order to import them into Netweaver BPM.
Unfortunately it does not seem to work. Can you help.

Any update on this issue? I'm keen to know if ARIS 7.2 can support exporting BPMN 2.0 models in standard xml format that can be imported into SAP Netweaver BPM.

yes ARIS 7.2 can certainly export BPMN process diagrams. In ABA you open the context menu of your BPMN process diagram (BPMN 2.0). Choose BPMN -> Export BPMN model as a BPMN file...
Choose the target location for the file. The XML header of the file may look like this:

The targetNamespace was not very interesting in my example, because there was no XML tag without namespace qualifier. Testit was the name of my model.
If that suits the needs of SAP(TM) Netweaver BPM I cannot tell. And I do not know if that functionality requires a special license extension. The above was generated with 7.2.4.784319
