Is it possible to configure the Advanced Search Filters (Items and/or Properties)? For example, to put the Properties list in alphabetical order, add/delete attributes, add custom attributes, etc.?

with ARIS Cloud Enterprise you have much more flexibility.
Without SSC or XML it is not possible to configure such things.
However in XML it is possible to define some parts of it. The order of the items is defined in the search.xml (which also represents the order of the results). And a global list of available properties can be defined in the /instances/extendedGlobalSearch/extendedGlobalSearch_default.xml.
The SSC only supports to add new properties (even customs) and remove some of them in the search by creating new properties for the specific items in the administration.
