Greetings!
I am new for ARIS IT Architect but have worked for many years on ARIS Business Architect and ARIS Business Designer.
I would like to know how ARIS IT Architect give more value with ARIS Business Architect ( what can we do with ARIS IT architecture along with ARIS Business Architect.
It will be very helpful if someone can share their experiance on what and how ARIS IT architecture is used or should be used with ARIS Business Architecture.

There are two types of differences, with the method and some special scripts.
Within the former, there are a couple of new model types, lots of special attribute types and some extensions related to connection types - you can assign model to "transmit data to" and show types of responsibility when linking organisational unit to IT system.
The latter are related to many reports and macros. Some macros are specially designed for what-if simulations of application landscape contained in process support map model type. I guess that type of capabilities would get seriosly extended in the comming years, considering the aquisition of alphabet (is that finalised?).

You are replying to a fairly old post. Meanwhile, ARIS 7 reached End of Maintenance (EOM). So the ARIS products you are asking for are no longer offered by Software AG on http://softwareag.com/aris.
ARIS IT Architect was an add-on on top of ARIS Business Architect. In ARIS 9, ARIS Business Architect is called ARIS Architect. And ARIS IT Architect is covered by the so called extension pack ARIS Enterprise Architecture, again a kind of add-on on top of ARIS Architect.
