Ad Hoc Analysis and Query are not responsive

I am using ARIS A&D 10.0 with student license and tried to create a new Ad Hoc Analysis and Query. I selected a database at the Ad Hoc Analysis Wizard / Query Wizard, then clicked finish, the wizard window closed and did not take me to the Ad Hoc Analysis/Query page.  Please help. THANKS!
