In the fifth episode, you can expect an exciting conversation with Ariane Schulze, who is the team lead for the internal control system at BWI. BWI is the IT Service Provider of the German Federal Armed Forces.


What makes her story special is that she didn't study IT or something along those lines but studied European public administration and then realized that she wanted to get started in IT instead. She followed her gut feeling and started as a consultant for BPM. Since then, she has developed her career without losing sight of her passion for processes and IT.
