does anybody know...does APG has an option to attach some file (clasic attach) in dialog box while for eg someone is giving suggestion for improvement?

Hi,
You can hyperlink files which are stored somewhere else, like DMS/CMS systems. If those systems offer web services (WS I standard), it should be possible to call those files, change and upload them.
There are plans to offer an integrated document storage for APG to be independent of external DMS/CMS systems if you want to link files. (Time frame not yet confirmed.)
