ARIS PPM not extracting data from JDBC data source

We are performing process mining for IT ( BMC Remedy) using ARIS PPM and performing direct Integration using the JDBC data source. However, I don’t see any data getting populated in the PPM GUI after configuring the data and running all the extracting, importing, and merging programs.

When I checked the XML files in the server, I saw only the column header for all the tables and I didn’t see any values present.

Is this something related to the access to the Remedy tables ( I have read access to the views now) or is it something I have missed out on while configuring PPM?
