Electronic Sigature in RCM or APG ???

Looking for some help on the e-signature capabilities in ARIS.

First let me define what meets our e-sig criteria:

Prerequisite - Model is submitted for review. Required Approver is notified and does the following:

1. Login to system by Entering User ID & Password
2. Select the model that is currently in review that requires his/her approval
3. Click on Approve
4. Prompt comes up to Re-enter UserID & Password to complete e-sig
5. Esig complete

Does RCM or APG has the capability to do the above. We currently have RCM and it does all the above EXCEPT for step 4 and I'm wondering if there is customization that can facillitate this requirement.
