My current issue I am experiencing with ARIS to Solution Manager syncronisation involves the update of the Logical Component in Solution Manager. We did an initial sync with no problems, now some of the process steps' ARIS Atribute - SAP Component has changed, but these changes to not reflect in Solution Manager after update sync.
Any Advice please.

Good Day Eric,
Everything is syncronizing without any problems, except the logical component of the Process step. I've changed the logical component of the process step in ARIS, added a transaction to this step with the same component, syncronize to Solution Manager without any errors, view the results in Solution Manager, transaction has been added but the process step's component has not been updated.
See attached image, the first step's component has not been updated - this is where my issue lies.
Can update the names, keywords, add/remove transactions.
We are using ARIS 7.2.4.809876, Solution Manager v7.1, all transports are up to date.

Hi Ciska,
If you’re using the wizard in order to create news steps, and this steps are not able to be sync. There is something wrong.
But, I think you are trying to change the Logical Component by another in the attribute. Did you type the correct name of the logical component? The logical component is recorded on SOLMAN? In ARIS 7.2 to avoid this problem the first think that is sync is all the logical components
Note: You have always to create the components in SOLMAN first.
