Have problem to install the ARIS Express

Hi, all.

I am a student who want to try the ARIS, but i have encounted some problems while install the ARIS Express.

Would you please give me some guides on how to solve it?? great thanks.

Hi,

please make sure that

- your proxy settings and your JRE version are correct

- you've got the correct JAVA JRE version

Pls install the Java new version and then download.
