I was trying to install Aris express on one of my team's laptop, unfurtinitly, it didnt installed and we got the attached error msg. it says "Unable to Import the Application" althought the laptop is connected to enternt.
Please advise.

well, you could repeat the setup, because the error you pasted happens in very rare cases. But it would be better, to get the setup for the new version 2.4... because the setup you executed is 2.3 according to the screenshot, which is quite old.
