I just received my Welcome to ARIS Cloud email and successfully changed my password and logged in the ARIS Cloud. However, I cannot create or view models.... nothing happens. There is a bright red icon on the menu bar that states "You do not have the privileges required to access data. Please ask your administrator to grant you access privileges." Is this the problem and if so how do I contact the administrator?

Via ARIS Cloud Administration your ARIS Cloud Administrator has to allocate read, write...privileges to your user

The role of your ARIS Cloud Project Room Admin can be allocated to each of the users of teh ARIS Cloud Project Room.

Christoph, Thanks so much for your reply. For some reason the data base that defaulted with my trail was inactive / locked. I created a new db and at the moment, looks like I can create, view, etc. models.
