Modelling the data compilation process within the UN Statistics Division in the National Accounts Section (BPM is usefull)

For my thesis I am designing a software prototype to simplify the process of data compilation and validation within the UNSTAT-National Accounts section.

Their goal is to collect data from the national statistics offices, validate it against defined validation rules (derived from the System of National Accounts  which is a macroeconomic accounting framework) and eventually publish the data, i.e. within the statistical yearbook, if  it is of sufficient quality. Their workprocess is literally from the last millennium. So I used the ARIS Express EPC diagramm to analyse it.
