Slow performance of ARIS Designer

Hellow

I have installed Aris designer 9.8 but it is extremely slow Particularly when i open the database,Models,making changes to the model.It can take about 2 to 3 minutes. My problem is that the user are complaining about this they say it is very slow.I using Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5675 @ 3.07GHz (4 processors)

Installed memory:10,4 GB

What would be causing this problem ?

Any help on how to overcome this would be greatly appreciated!
