Gibt es eine Prozesslandschaft, die branchenübergreifend als Best-Practice angesehen werden kann und den aktuellen Standard von ERP-Software beschreibt? Natürlich bin ich auch bereit, für eine solche Übersicht zu zahlen.

In einigen Büchern findet man immer wieder Übersichten, die die Prozesslandschaft in Kern- und unterstützende Prozesse unterteilen. Aber für ein konkretes ERP ist mir sowas nicht bekannt.
