Hi, I'm looking for some practical and pragmatic advice as to how to model the FAD for activities enabled by SAP CRM delivered through a Portal environment. I understand that SAP CRM delivered this way is not enabled through Tcodes but through "Services".
How should these "Services" be captured in a FAD? What attributes should I capture? Is there anything else I should know?
