Hi, I'm looking for some practical and pragmatic advice as to how to model the FAD for activities enabled by SAP CRM delivered through a Portal environment. I understand that SAP CRM delivered this way is not enabled through Tcodes but through "Services".

How should these "Services" be captured in a FAD? What attributes should I capture? Is there anything else I should know?

Welcome comments from those members who have encountered such modelling challenges.

Hi Darren,

any luck by now? Would be interested to get your insights on that!

Robert, hi and thanks for the interest.

We decided to capture the web address as the Tcode in the screen object.
