I suspect some of my users of ARCM V9.8.4 are closing their active page by closing the Browser Tab rather than logging out as they have been trained. Consequently, some of my users have active sessions going back weeks and are unable to initiate a new active session. To resolve, we have to perform a server re-start.
- Has any one else found a way to resolve this in ARCM 9.8.4 without resorting to a server restart?
- Is this still an issue in 10.11 or has it been resolved in some way?

Hi Darren,
What you could do is to check the active sessions using the ARIS Server Administrator on the Server and with this tool can use the command 'sessions' to check who is online and the command 'kill + id' to remove the locked user.
A improvement was implemented to 98 SR11 about the user sessions and this also is applied to 10 version.
Please check what was improved

The remaining session time is now displayed correctly, and the session ends once the session time has expired
