Error on ARIS Ad Hoc analysis

We have seen following error quite often when try to use Ad-Hoc Analysis

Please advise what could be the issue.

are your sure that this error message is shown in ARIS Cloud?

Hi Eva,

Nope, This ARIS Designer Server is not in the Cloud.

We have it in our environment.

Let me know if thats what you meant.
