Error during data transfer.: 40002

Dear all,

I have installed Aris Express on my pc.

I open the applicaton and, when I select a type of chart, I need to insert username and passoword.

Now, whe in insert my references and select next button I receive a list of errors that start with error "Error during data transfer 40002...."

Coud you help me?

Hi,

it seems that on the first start, some initial installation routines failed.

Could you please check the following path (on this example on Windows XP):

C:\Documents and settings\<your profile>\ARISExpress\server

Could you delete the complete folder of the "server" directory?
