Hello all,
I wonder if anyone else is having or has had a similar problem to me in Business Publisher?
Occasionally, models saved under the Favorites (or Favourites if you are English) disappear when I log in. When I log out and back in - these favorites will re-appear.
There does not seem to be a reason for this. At first, my colleague reported this and I wasn't sure if I believed her but then it happened to me. I can recreate the problem but it can take a lot of log-on attempts to re-occur.
It may just be a case of ARIS not refreshing or loading up properly when you enter Business Publisher to view content. We will potentially have 1000's of users viewing content over Business Publisher so this problem could potentially happen again.
Just wondered if anyone else has seen this.
