Capturing Business Requirement Specification in ARIS

Hi Team, Greetings!

 In our organization we create a Business Requirement Specification Document to capture the customer requirements. The Business Analyst Team interacts with the client & prepares BRS document from it. It covers the basic requirement of the customer. It captures the broad requirements & not the specific ones.  It's initial purpose is to ensure that the Business Analysts understands the customers' requirements prior to any actual design or development. It also functions as a business blueprint. It is often referred to as the "parent" document because all subsequent project-related documents such as design specifications statements of work software architecture specifications testing and validation plans are derived from it.

 The current BRS document that we prepare is in excel.

 I'm not sure what it is called in other companies or even if it exists in UMG Demo Model. But this is our first document for any project. But i'm sure other companies must be having something to capture the client requirements. 

So, now that we have clarity on the Business Requirement Document. How to capture it in ARIS. Since, it is done by Business Analysts, i guess ARIS IT Architect will not come into picture. The Business Analyst will have to map it on ARIS. We plan to pull a report after we put it on ARIS. and we will call it the business requirement document.
