ARIS 10 Connect - edit email template

Usually the ARIS Connect will show the languages which are available in default list (Main page > options > language).
If you have some different language of this list, what you could to is to add the language thru Administration > Portal > Select the current profile > Edit > User interface > Select Language > Add Language.
But this have to be test if will also change the email notification of collaboration due this option is used to interface.
What you ask to change the template is not possible to change the "content" because the information comes from Collaboration with standard message, there you only change the style.
Please do this test proposed to see if is possible to add your language for the notification..

I suggest you try to change the mail of the build-in workflow "change request"? In that case you must have a license to deploy the changed workflow: 

• ARIS Architect - Process Governance

You addtionally need the function privilege:

• Process Governance administrator

Next is to import/restore the workflow definitions. The build in workflow definitions are available in the database "ARIS Connect Governance Models". This database could be found in the ARIS download DVD in \Content\Databases\...

• Import the database
• Open the database
• Open the EPC model "/Main group/02 Processes/Model workflows/Change request/Change request
• Change the email text 
• Deploy the changed workflow process

This is very useful.

In the sceenshot, there are power fields used to include dynamic information in the email; for example $title is used to copy the Title of the change request into the email.

Where can I find a list of the available power fields?

Hi.

As far as I know, there is no list with such fields. These fields can be defined by the creator of the workflow (APG). The content (which will be displayed) in the mail is specified in the dataflow. This dataflow is an assignment to the function "Send confirmation email...".

What Florian has written is completely correct. These fields are variables that can be filled and read again via the dataflow.
