How to create RACI matrix for BPMN Collaboration Diagram

I would recommend the following procedure:

Create a BPMN collaboration diagram or BPMN process diagram.

For the relevant task object create an assignment of a Functional allocation diagram.

Create the relevant connection between organizational elements and the function.

In the following you find an overview on object types and connection base types evaluated by the RACI matrix configuration:

Object types:

Organizational unit(OTN 43, OT_ORG_UNIT), allowed in Express

Organizational unit type(OTN 44, OT_ORG_UNIT_TYPE)

Position(OTN 45, OT_P OS)

Role(OTN 78, OT_PERS_TYPE), allowed in Express

Connection base types:

responsible:

carries out (CBTN 65, CT_EXEC_1)

carries out (CBTN 218, CT_EXEC_2)

accountable

decides on (CBTN 232, CT_DECID_ON)

decides on (CBTN 323, CT_DECD_ON)

accepts (CBTN 435, CT_AGREES)

consulted:

is technically responsible for (CBTN 10, CT_IS_TECH_RESP_1)

is technically responsible for (CBTN 11, CT_IS_TECH_RESP_2)

is technically responsible for (CBTN 220, CT_IS_TECH_RESP_3)

has consulting role in (CBTN 355, CT_HAS_CONSLT_ROLE_IN_1)

has consulting role in (CBTN 358, CT_HAS_CONSLT_ROLE_IN_2)

informed

must be informed about (CBTN 266, CT_MUST_BE_INFO_ABT_1)

must be informed on cancellation (CBTN 316, CT_MUST_BE_INFO_ON_CNC_1)

must be informed about (CBTN 326, CT_MUST_BE_INFO_ABT_2)

must be informed on cancellation (CBTN 352, CT_MUST_BE_INFO_ON_CNC_2)

In the Portal view navigate to the corresponding process and activate the RACI tab to see the result.
