How to relate KPI in a process level for a BPMN Collaboration Diagram 2.0?

Hi,

Can anybody help me to know how to relate the KPI for a business process map (BPMN Collaboration Diagram2.0).

Any suggestion/recommendations are highly appreciable.

Hi David,

it is not possible to assign KPIs directly in a BPMN diagram.

But you can assign a Function allocation diagram (FAD) to the BPMN task/subprocess and there you can model the KPIs.
