Can we conevrt the bunch of .adf files into .adb files?

Dear David,

You can import ARIS Express models (.ADF files) into the commercial product ARIS Business Architect 7 or into its successor ARIS Architect 9. Both products store ARIS models in a database and can export each database as .ADB file.

Follow up question on this. Is it possible to do this the other way around as well, i.e. importing an ARIS Business Architect 7/9 file into ARIS Express?

Nope. We don't support exporting ARIS process data from the commercial ARIS 7/9 products back into the product ARIS Express.

If it's a matter of budget for not purchasing commercial ARIS products for on premise use, then start with ARIS Cloud. You pay only the time you are using the product. And ARIS Cloud can import from ARIS 7/9 as well as from ARIS Express, though, also no export back to Express.
