Hello Community!
1) I am trying to configure Aris Connect in order to have the attribute 'Description/Definition' available to all objects (on Properties, when an object is selected) because only functions have that attribute.
Is it possible to add more objects there? How?
2) Why some objects appear like they are not being recognized?
3) How can I have the same image (folder and models structure) on Architect and Connect? Some folders and models that I have on Architect doesn't appear on Connect.

Dilcarina
Hello Dilcarina,
apparently it boils down to the method filter you use in Connect. It seems to be different from the one you selected for login to the database in ARIS Architect. That can explain the missing AT_DESC attribute and it also explains the "unrecognized" symbols in your second screenshot.
In ARIS Connect you have no influence on the filter you work with. Ideally the administrator should assign the single filter to you that you should use in the context of a certain database. This way you will get a consistent experience of what you see both in Connect and ARIS Architect.
Regarding the missing attribute AT_DESC for most object types: In the administration module of ARIS Architect under "Configuration -> Conventions -> Filter" you can edit the method filter. If you can't, your ARIS administrator can, who possesses the function privilege "Configuration administration" on your tenant. You should request him to add this attribute to the object types where you need it. He is probably also the one who will sort out, which filter you work with in ARIS Connect.
EDIT: First get the correct filter in ARIS Connect. Then check again, if you get the AT_DESC attribute. Most likely the productive filter has got that attribute. Most ARIS customers use it on most object types.
