i requested a download link for the Aris Education Package: Process Design & Analysis 2.0. In the mail i got, there is a web link to download the "related material required to do the exercises". I downloaded this zip-file, but it is broken and can not be extracted without failure. Can anybody help me to get the material that is needed to do the exercices?

In your message you comment that the "zip-file... is broken and can not be extracted without failure". By this; do you mean that the Installation package file that you downloaded via the FTP URL included in an e-mail (the install file benig approximately 5.5 GB)? I also have this issue with the file - and have posted in the forums and also sent to the Support e-mail address as I am unable to access the software.
I'm not too sure what is going on however the current file may need to be replaced with a clean package?
