Hello ARIS Advances community!
I hope you're all doing well.
I am looking for suggestions on which Object could be used to represent potential enhancements within a process. These objects will be used to visually communicate the proposed improvements and their impact during the next cycle of continuous improvement when working in the ToBe model.
I would greatly appreciate your suggestions on which objects or symbols you think could best represent process improvements. Additionally, if you have any tips or experiences related to using symbolic objects in process improvement initiatives, I would be thrilled to hear about them.
Thank you in advance for your contributions!
Best regards,

Hello David,
have you considered using the Collaboration features for commenting in the context of models?
Other advice greatly depends on your governance model for the processes. Supposing you have published processes with a version, i .e you published the last version, you could simply do the proposed changes in the moel and use the model comparison features to highlight what is changing.compared to the released version.
If you really prefer sticking objects into your models you would need to allow something new in your method. For example you could use "Requirement" object to define an initiative and then derive more detailed requirements from that and place them as satellites into the processes in the proper places. You could put the initiative and detailed requirements together in a "Requirements tree" model so you get an overview of which measures belong to each other.
