Hello David,
as far as I know the properties "Is Editable" and "Is Language-dependent" of attribute types cannot be changed after the first creation. So the only way is to create a new attribute type group and editable attribute types for the attributes you want to use during modeling. I don't know why in the Aris standard all Change management attributes are not editable.

I suspect these attributes were used by the legacy change management functionality in Architect/Designer. So they were captured via dialogues and not meant to be edited by the user outside of those dialogues.
I agree with Klemens that the way to go is creating your own editable change management attributes. The attribute properties cannot be changed once an attribute is in the world (except its name) . There are good reasons for that.

Thanks to both of you.
I'm gonna ask Software AG about why are they not editable.

Good morning,
They have told me that change management attributes can only be updated automatically(e.g. by a semantic check).
But i cannot figure out how I am supposed to inform Priority or Implementation date automatically using a semantic check...

Good morning David,
that statement simply says, only scripts (i. e. reports and semantic checks) have access to these attributes. As pointed out, non-editable attributes are only useful in automation scenarios, where some script (report, semantic check, report executed in a governance workflow) can access them in write mode.
So if you need something that your users can edit interactively, you need to create your own custom attribute. Only upon creation of a custom attribute you can make the decision once and for all, if an attribute is editable - full stop. After creation that decision is irrevocable for that attribute type and the same applies to all attribute types delivered with the product.

Hello,
Yes, it's understood. I just was curious about what kind of report could automatically set an enhancement priority; which kind of rule could define if it's high or low. Anyway, i'll go on with creating new attributtes.
