Hi!
I've got a problem with authorization in ARIS community (step 3 of activation wizard process) when trying to install ARIS Express 2.4 version (please, have a look at the screenshot attached). The system keeps on telling there is a problem with Internet connection but it's absolutely OK.
My account data (e-mail/password) are also OK since I can easily authorize in ARIS community web page.
Please, tell me what is a problem.

Your problem is probably related to wrong https proxy settings in your network: http://www.ariscommunity.com/aris-express/installation-faq#https

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I've thoroughly studied and tried all the issues described in FAQs section before writing my topic in forum. That was some other case. I resolved the problem by re-installing/updating JRE on my laptop, although my previous JRE version was absolutely compatible with the program.
