We are experiencing issues with OLE objects in ARIS models.
The object appears but you are unable to open the document when hovering on the object, especially in Business Publisher. We have been informed this is XP related rather ARIS.
Have other organisations faced this as well?

I don't have problems with Ole Objects...
You can try do it::
1st : when you include the object Ole you mark the option "link" under screen "choice document or create new document"....
2st: Use the Profile 3 of Business Publisher and there you must be mark the options "Copy documents and Temporary file names"....
and create new publication....
Here I can use only documents in office format ( 97~2003 ).

Build? I am assuming the build of my client? If so it is XP. Does that help?
