I am doing my thesis in Aris and i have to model some processes allong with the organizational units,the VACdiagramms,Epc etc.I am supposed to come up with some KPIs(ex.working time evaluation )and then export BSC (effect diagramms) and reports.Do you know if i can do that through Aris IT @SOA Architecture??In the help topics(Read use case-plan and monitor corporate strategy) i read that in order to export a bsc i should make my database , but the programma does not give me that option(i can only make a new model in the existing databases(united motors,itil v3...).Thanks very much in advance!!
