Hello to everyone i am a student and i am doing my thesis!I am supposed to model some processes and then do some Balance Scorecards.The problem is that I only have Aris IT architecture and Aris Mashzone installed.Can I through these aris products export bsc and other strategies, or i need to downoload Aris BSC also(even though I dont think i can because i log in as a student member)

Availibility of ARIS BSC
a) add on for ARIS Business Architect 7.x and the ARIS Business Designer 7.x
b) as a rule set for ARIS Business Optimizer 7.x

The BSC method in ARIS Business Architect and ARIS Business Designer is protected by a softkey.
To access and open BSC model types "Mad" must be within the license key.
Without this key all KPI methods are grayed out in the models.

Hi,
it means that you need a special license key. You have to ask your SAG Sales contact here. It is integrated in the client installation but only activated with the apropriate license.

For BSC purposes you should use the ARIS BSC sw that is offering the full support of the BSC Methodology (see ARIS Method Manual: BSC Case) . Still in ARIS IT Architect you have some models available (e.g. Objectives diagram, KPI Allocation Diagram, Business Segment Matrix).
It is advised to check whether the university packages offer ARIS BSC or try to work with the models available in the rest of the modules provided.
