Tried several times to install ARIS Express on my MS Surface with Windows 8.1

Always got after few seconds the error message "An Error -5006 occured please finish further setups and close other application although neither the one nor thne other is true. I have no installation unfnished and no other application running.

Any advice?

The same problem. I have been unable to download with the same error message. Can any one please help?
