Hi everybody,
due to problems on installation I had to install ARIS EXPESS a couple of times. I would like to clean it completely and do a install agein. However, using the uninstall I am not sure that everything gets deleted.

You are right, an uninstall doesn't delete everything. In your user profile folder, ARIS Express stores your settings. This folder is called ARISExpress and you should delete, too. Please note, you will also loose any fragments you created and all your settings.
In addition, you will find a folder "ARIS Express" under your documents. Initially, this folder will contain the example models. There is no point in deleting this folder.
