Hi Daniel,
I downloaded the latest version of the ARIS PPM Exercise Guide. Noticed that the chapters 12 - 15 are missing in the current download version. (=> Word error message, there are only 20 pages/out of 35 pages (=> table of content). Could it be, that the current version is kind of corrupted ?
